Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! At the moment we only except website orders from the US and Canada but if you live somewhere else, please fill out the form below and we’ll reply with a custom order link for the product.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date by filling out the Return Form below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day return/exchange policy but we do request that the jewelry will not be worn and returned to us in the same condition as you received it and shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.
All exchanges for US purchases are subject to $20 restocking fee and include free shipping on both the return item and replacement item. Our restocking fee covers exchanges and roundtrip shipping for the first ring + $8 for each additional ring. So exchanging one ring would be $20, then $28 for two and $36 for three etc…
International orders are subject to a $25 restocking fee (for up to 2 rings) but the customer is responsible for returning the item back to our facility in Los Angeles, USA. The restocking fee includes free shipping of the replacement items from the US to the customer.
If you need to return an item, please fill out the return and exchanges form below and we will get back to you with a confirmation number and a return label (for US orders) to send the item back to us.
We ship out replacements within 24-72 hours from the time that we receive your return.
